Measuring Energy Saving HVAC Air Filters

Residential and commercial air filtration Designing an Energy Saving air filter that cleans the air of 0.5 micron particles. Air Filter Static Pressure, Air Flow CFM, Wattage, and IAQ particle count are measured. I show at the end of the video In just 3 minutes I show my air filter removing 12% (3500/4000) of the lung damaging dust 0.5 micron particles from the air using a dylos air quality monitor laser particle counter. This is the best Air Conditioning air filter for allergy and asthma patients. This is the best pleated prefilter for protecting expensive final air filters in commercial buildings. This air filter replaces Fiberglass, Polyester pads, Cotton / polyester blend pleated air filters in commercial buildings.

Very interesting setup. How did you account for variation in particle source? Lower results may be due to this variation and not the filter.
